Default Suspension recommendations

Hi, the previous owner fitted avo adj shocks and springs to my 3 Dr Cosworth just before I bought the car.
These are still like new but the car sits too low in my opinion. I'd like to go more standard height but the options available seem to be limited.
Does anyone have any recommendations, can I keep the shocks with standard springs. I don't mind it a little lower than stock and would like to retain some comfort. Thanks folks.

I have this setup on my 3dr cos using his track spec springs which i find are excellent for fast road but would prefer it to sit a touch lower.
Doing things again I would go for Gaz Golds or better.

The Gaz golds look good mate, but i am after some Avo sus parts I'm guessing like the ones on your motor...

if you do find a replacement, think you might sell those avo ones my way? Working on an XR4i for track use, need some new suspension bits. They the coilers?

Could you not just go for a different height spring? There must be someone that does a similar poundage spring but at near stock height.

I'd be happy to keep the shocks and just change the springs, would the shock rod not be shortened to suit the spring?
Alternatively I'd happily sell the avo's if I could get something more suited to my needs. On previous cars I've used a bilstein shock with eibach springs with good results but can't find any for the cossy.
