Check that all four lugs are intact on the crank pulley.

What colour are the plugs, are they iridium plugs, these can die very easily when sooted up and no amount of cleaning will revive them in a lot of cases.

It should be ok but so long as it is just to test it, it won't run properly with it as the values are totally different between the two. Also did you check the lugs?

It was running ok before on the Dyno without problems.?

Has the Cam Belt been off at all since it was running last and then maybe not timed up correctly, check all the timing marks with dizzy. 1 tooth out will cause problems.

Have you checked the Phase Sensor inside the Dizzy – no corroded wires & check GAP.

Have your just put the engine back in and put the Connector\loom\wires from (CPS) Crank Position Sensor to the dizzy by mistake. – check you have the right connector on Dizzy & CPS.

Check GAP on Phase Sensor in Dizzy and GAP on CPS.

hope that helps mate.
thanks,
Manoj

Default Still not running

Thanks for your points but the engine was OK after Dyno and on the last outing on a track day at RAF Barkstone (pulled a front drive shaft out and damaged it now replaced with an XR 4x4 one) left it in the garage for a couple of weeks fitted new drive shaft and noticed the eccentric top mounts were not in line with each other so moved them but have to repossition Ignition amp and Map sensor mounting, also drilled and tapped jet holes in alumimium inlet pipe between silicon hose to inlet manifold (not in inlet manifold) piped to water/methanol injection solanoid wired back to water injection switch then tried to start and it will not go but tries to fire
Checked the Crank Sensor (tried spare) and Phase sensor, new Map sensor cleaned out ISCV Checked all timing marks and cam belt has not been off

The different plugs you tried, were they brand new out of the box?
