xr4x4 handbrake probs help needed

Default xr4x4 handbrake probs help needed

i have changed the rear pads and handbrake cable and adjusted the cable up until i cannot turn the adjusters anymore but the hand brake still travells high and the car still pulls off not easy but still pulls off can anyone help.

remove calipers
wind the pistons all the way in
refit calipers
if it HAS abs, turn on ignition, then PRESS the pedal
if it HASN'T got abs, PUMP the pedal
once this is done THEN apply the handbrake
adjust as necessary
get volunteer to see if the handbrake cable moves the actuator levers on the calipers

also make sure the handbrake levers are all the way back on the stops on each caliper as well
