Leave the engine idling and do the wiggle test on the sensor connectors, especially the CPS connector.

Check the MAP sensor hose for splits and if it's even connected!

Have you checked all fuel lines and fuel system ? Maybe you have a leak somewhere , check the injectors and FPR

Sounds like CTS or MAP sensor issues.

As per above did you check the MAP sensor pipe? If so as said it may even be the sensor itself, you can use the flash code system if your software supports it as this will show you if either are faulty.

So we know the hose is ok but we don't know if the sensor in itself is ok? The air temperature sensor won't cause it to over fuel by that degree.

Another thing is make sure none of your injectors are constantly open, this has happened before thanks to the old wiring.

As i say the flash code would tell you this, as to the injectors the easiest way would be to use a NOID light other than that is just determine whether they are pulsing or no as if one of them has shorted to ground it will be permantly open.

fit new plugs and then look into coolant sensor, if it thinks it's -40 then it'll over fuel like mad.

Thats probably the typical behavior as the software is programmed to act on the input from a 3 BAR MAP sensor which is different from the two, the blue sensor (CTS) is right at the rear left hand side of the head (Inlet) it's a little fiddly to get to.
