Default juddering when pulling away in first.. help plz

Ok after a recent clutch change about 3 weeks ago car was fine, pulled away great no probs, and biting point starts right near bottom of pedal

however when pulling away today from a standstill in first, car really judders lots like its about to cut out.

gear changes while moving isnt a problem, just from a stand still have to really gently lift clutch up with loads of revvs or car judders like mad

any ideas what this could be?

as i said straight after clutch change car was mint, and pulled away really well

edit: its a 1998 escort 1.6 16v

Is it a paddle clutch? If so this is normal.

cheers for comments.

Its just a standard replacement clutch, supposed to be same as original was £50 off ebay.

hope its not fly wheel, really cant be arsed to take that box off again.

yea hopefully is just bedding in, im currently jsut pullnig away really slowly, which it doesnt seem to mind very much. i just have to wait for massive gaps in traffic.
-only now though have i heard people saying clutchs shold be bedded in. I was pretty harsh with it from the off, and my last car was a 280bhp impreza.

keep being gentle with it then it might get a little better?
