ok so we all agree air leak ????

and that once i seal the leak i should first fun it standard
once i have the new 300bhp ecu i need to find out what inj it was run with and map sensor

once i know that i can use the ecu im buying along with the 3bar map sensor i have and i just need the in jectors to match the ecu??

I think you need the 803 greens with the 300bhp ECU.

one last thing you have got a bit of free play in the throttel cable ?? as that could hold the butter fly open a bit . the butter fly need to be as close to being closed as poss you will see when you have a look in the morring

The only way ECU can raise idle speed is via the ISCV, they can cause problems with sticking which could cause your problem, so unplug to eliminate. The standard chip with a 3 BAR MAP sensor will make it run rough as the output is totally different to the standard 2 BAR. If not ISCV then presuming you have the base idle set right will be an air leak. You also need sutiable injectors for the new chip and hopefully have a decent HG.

One last thing before I go out the strip down the plenum

Is the right the blue hose going from the -31 act to the turbo???

Thats only if you are not running an amal valve.

The hose goes from compressor housing to (C) on amal valve and from (W) to actuator (R) on amal valve vents to atmosphere.

Ok so i removed the plenum and the new gasket i fitted was all mest up inside so removed it and uses a gasket sealant

i now need to sort out it on idle as it seems to be hunting now lol

Hi do you know the inlet is upside down it has been designed for the other way round i would do that first.

hi mate on some swedish plenums you have to flip them over and they still work ok like that

Now it's all running

What will happen it I fit the ecu with the 300chip on the dark blues that I have fitted unit I find some greens going cheap lol

Nothing it's just they won't flow as much as greens or equivalent Siemens could so just don't drive it hard otherwise it will be running lean.
