ERST Cold Start valve and thermo Time Switch

Default ERST Cold Start valve and thermo Time Switch

Does any one lnow how this circuit works. It just my RS hates strating when its hot. and wont start when it cold with the Cold start valve plugged in.

Unplug it, but dont leave it like that, check the power feed to it, then if thats ok, check the CSV itself, renew if needs be

This is the thing. DIsconnect and crank, after it turns over for 3 or 4 seconds it starts and runs. Obviously when cold it runs like a sack of shite.
I checked feed to the valve connector and that reads at nothing.
ECU fuel and Ignition have been changed. I may change the TTS and CSV tommorow and see what happens then
