Pistonrings. Try to keep the engine on 2500rpm on startup to expand the rings

Try changing plugs, and keeping the throttle 100% down when turning key

The gasoline will damage the oil, so I would do an oilchange if it's bad.

But in the longer run you'll need to replace the pistonrings.(Or the piston-skirt will start hitting the sylinder)

Was it running before ?, if not you may simply have a lack of spark making it a non runner, more info needed, rings even when shagged don't normally cause non starts, but if been sat for a long time could be gummed up, if so put a teaspoon of light oil in each bore, spin it over, then try to start, the oil makes a good seal upping compression that may be lost due to rings, not a cure obviously but narrows it down a bit.

its obviously smelling because you have a standard ecu....change it for aftermarket and it will be fine.

also your tyres wont wear out with aftermarket ecu fitted aswell

have you checked that it has a spark? it sounds like it does have fuel.

in all seriousness now, i'd drain your oil as a matter of course to check if the sump is full of fuel... it wouldn't be the first time i've seen it. if it is, you're best off checking you've got it all wired up correctly.

another thing, how was the engine standing all that time? dry? damp? full of oil?
