Default S2 ERST Oil Stem Seals??????

rights its a S2 ERST, got a little bit of smoke from cold start, hope its stem seals its 90k standard engine,

how difficult are they to change, cant find it in haynes manual.

oh and where can i buy the seals i have the tool already

hope its not piston rings

stem seals from ford,there the modded ones with the collar dead easy to fit make sure no 1 piston is at top ,1 and 3 first 2 and 4 after dont let valves drop throgh

Draper sell a tool specifically for that job on cvh engines for removing and installing the valve springs without cylinder head removal. its a tidy piece of kit and simple to use.
will try and post the part number later
