not advertised it or anything, but i best sell it, complete barring engine. 5k will do it i reckon, tyres alone are worth 1000quid

Its a small nuclear device, so when the standard block cracks or my shoddy workmanship sets the car alight, I can take out a few blocks and irradiate the whole area in a blaze of glory.

Any links to the company?
Are you using the 302 or 351 ?

bought some wider front wings and rear quarter panels today, no pics yet.
going a bit silly with the car really, cage is main priority now.
mat-
quite low spec actually for the actual engine itself.
mark-
some bits loads cheaper, others not cheap enough to make it worth the extra effort. 302 at moment as shorter block means should fit easier.
in an ideal world id like to go 347 in it, but no point without a dart block as stock internals will survive long enough to crack stock blong around the mains, and cant take the risk of the broken block taking the internals out with it.
1st engine is a test really, low revving and relativley low power, to see what breaks, to see how stuff fits, etc etc, sticking with lame heavy iron heads at first as want to see what damage the ALS will do, worried about it killing 1000quids worth of new ally heads
then do a proper 347 dart block setup with a proper box when i can afford it. hopefully!
the 30kg+ you save with alloy heads is probably a bit vital actually, but im scared. if there was some s/h ally ones i could buy, i would tho, you know of any?
that eagle stroker kit you linked to is too high comp for me, and you can get em for not much more than the (reserve not met) end price on fleabay anyhow.

I've got my eye out for a pair of ali heads but they are hard to find
Real Steel do the Edelbrock Performer RPM for around Ł950 and the Victor Junior for around Ł1100. I will probably get a pair of Performer RPMs when funds allow, there no point going crazy as my gearbox is the limiting factor.
These people are doing ali heads for Ł402 !
http://stores.ebay.co.uk/1AAA1-The-Mustang-Depot
But they are Chinese and the postage is a rip off.

More money spending...
Just quickly held in place with gravity and rubbish tape for a few pics, look MEGA cool in reality, need some spacers and less camber now, esp for the rear, and my Work Equips are 9+10inch wide anyhow!
Fit is really good when held on properly, look off in the pics, but thats as they not held on by anything.
I need to relocate all these wires thats normally in the front wings, as with hard driving the tyres can rip the wheels to fuck.
Just gotto work out how now...

but i need to get them somewhere where the tyre wont hit them, sudden loss of front end electrics are common for S13 drift cars for this reason!
there no plug i can undo either, seems what you have to do is chop, move, and solder

get home to find my stuff from america has finally arrived
two things to note...
the inlet will NOT fit under the standard bonnet, so thats that question of mine answered
and ive ordered the WRONG fucking inlet
I ordered one ONE digit out, but means it dont fit
Ordered the 351 one by accident, which is a taller block, so dont fit.
Too far away to be arsed to send it back, so I got 2 options...
HOPE the plenum section is identical between the 2 versions (it looks like it) and just buy the manifold part again (not much money, 150 or so).
OR modify the perfectly good (IMHO) stock manifold to fit the plenum. Looks possible with a well done spacer plate, and will also have the added bonus of making the inlet a little less high AS long as that means the fuel rails still fit if its not so high.
Being no CNC engineer ive no idea if this is possible, but it looks it...
Turbocharged, antilagged, caged up, V8, wide body, perspex windowed, S13.
Or soon to be anyhow.
Need something silly like my old Cossie, far from mint, million miles from a show car, no record breaker in any way, but TOTALLY batshit insane and mega fun.
No idea 2inches wider each side front and rear i reckon, or as near as damnit.
We flared the arches front and rear loads, and these are wider than the flares, so at least 2inches a side i reckon.
