Right well basically i had some engine issues with the car so long story short i got fed up and started to break the car, i sold pretty much everything but someone wanted the shell with a load of parts left on it, so they paid me some money and i kept it for around 3.5 months, they then decided that they didnt have time to do the project and offered it back to me, so i said yes. I did however look at a few cars to buy like a 400bhp scooby etc but they just didnt flick my switch so in the mean time this shell was offered to me and ive decided to rebuild it.
So i started off by aquiring some bumpers and getting them painted, they were in a bad way cosmetically but not much sagging at all really,

I refurbished the fog lights and done the surrounds black this time, i think it looks much better,
trial fitted, colour is the best i could get it but it will tone down slightly, plus the rest of teh car is filthy,

Yeah so am i now mate, i visited a few breakers last week and you should see the state of the cars people were asking 5-6k for, rotten as hell but with fresh mot's!! one car he had was up at ford fair this year for 6.5k?? so after looking round them it convinced me to save mine as its hardly got a spot of rust on it, tiny bit on one arch and the paint isnt show room but christ its a million dollars compared to what i was seeing mate.

Going for a more responsive/punchy engine rather than the laggy big turbo,
fresh block
wiseco pistons with valve cut outs
balanced bottom end
bd14 inlet cam
standard exhaust
siemens 55lb
t34 turbo possibly roller bearing .48 exhaust
4x4 inlet or my 2wd with 14mm spacer
live mapped
I want response as early as possible and the most torque i can get so it throws you in the back of your seat? im hoping for around 380bhp with the same or more torque.

Just thought id take a couple of pics of some of the bits ive got and what i had lying around to go on the car,

new c pillar trims
70mm pro alloy intercooler
focus rs discs
evo 9 front brembos
box,prop,rear calipers are all going to be painted again like before with new braided brake lines, hope u like.

Well got a bit more done today, thought id get stuck in with the car due to the weather on the change, updates wont be as frequent now i just wanted to get this lot painted and back on,
Gearbox and prop all fitted
rear calipers back on
front brembos all fitted just need to make some braided lines
then last of all my new bumper inserts and number plate lights arrived so i have fitted new inserts to front and rear, i think the bumper colour match is pretty good, but christ look at the layer of dust on the old girl
