Blakeys is still on the road as far as i know and still running well.
He did mention selling it a while back as his missus needed a 4x4 for towing a horse box. I don't know if it sold or what though.
I still think its one of the best conversions for the Ka. Dead simple to do, no messing about with chopping and welding (apart from the gear box)
Pink bits are all still in good condition. Just need a wipe over. Rear beam has minor damage from the exhaust getting hot on the top of it. Nothing major.
Billy, was the engine bay of the cab sprayed in two pack or celly?

or8, am ste and am new to this site, what it is my and my brother in law are wanting a toy to do, now its going include a fiesta rs turbo engine, now i have help someone do a escort turbo van, his name was specky, some might know him some might not, anywayz what i was thinking of doing is a ka turbo the yare light small and can throw them down anyones back garden, i was a few tips if possiable on what i will need to to modify, or can i just drop engine striaght in, i would be very grateful cheers ste......
