Hi all got a new project, escort mk6 estate dont really see many on here so will show you my work towards mine

First mod, usual..
dewiper & debadge


messed with some tint


another mod, heater controls


fitted, with Gti clocks too


white clock and leather rs2k wheel


got a boost gauage and fitted in the vent!




got some rs2k front seats cheap


fitted and cleaned


blue led conversion started, what a nightmare had to convert every bulb to the ford bulb holders




all complete, picture doesnt do its justice


stuck a non cracked gti bumper on an black rs2k wheels instead of finesse ones


started on the engine bay too

probably go over it as it isnt up to a standard i want

skirts fitted just threw black paint on for a rough idea took them off cause the full car and bumper, skirts will be going black too


smoked side repeaters fitted




thats it for now as the car has been sent for new rear arch panels to be put in, updates soon cheers

thats a gti steering wheel btw as rs2k ones dont have the perferations and is a inch smaller, I have had afew gti estates and rs2000s and its nice to see another plain jane saved

Nice estate i had a td estate for 12 years loved it.
A ford cabriolet reinforcement bar {strut brace} fits
in the engine bayof a td a treat

cheers for all the comments, and yeah true Glenn glad i own one tbh not many that people mess with ordered some gaz springs and adjustable dampers too for the rear

I had h&r progressive rate springs handled really well for a long roof..

Set of depo headlights, astra bottom splitter


exhaust has been weighed up and welded on (powerflow)


freebie, scratch free dash


swapped the depos for some angel lights


lowered 60mm on the rear


redone rear lights

Nice one. Another great mod that i did when i hade my estate is to swap the reverselight and indicators. That way you will have white indicators in the rear. The orange idicators i tinted red.

How have you lowered the rear mate as I know people struggled with getting springs

i used mk4 astra rear springs exact same and exact fit i used astra ones because they're thick ive seen people use the corsa springs and didnt trust them

Well that's retro - gone back a mark. Are you changing the skirts and rear bumper as well? The Mk5 XR3i type skirts would look good.

It's the constant itch...once you start making changes it's hard to stop. Learnt that years ago so I've gone all flat cap and standard.

Also, are you sticking with the original TD...or perhaps putting in a bigger TD from a Galaxy or Mondeo?

bagged it for 300 9months mot all 3 keys including red one with original dealership tag still on
