It's not always easy lol I just like to get stuck in and give it a go
I dread to think how much more this car would of cost if I paid someone else to do everything

No Toby, Coley means the spacers on his center propshaft bearing for the rear prop

Basically copied Ian (Coley) on his Focos as its a simple mod I can do myself with my own lathe although machining this much steel on a Chinese mini lathe is a slow process
I need a bigger lathe
Anyway.......
Final test fit on the car
All ready to weld later tonight or in the week when I get a chance
Thanks
Marc

Awesome work. Is the rear part of that prop a standard cosworth prop?

Front prop done but its not straight and true so I welded it up anyway as an accurate dummy to be re made by a firm with 1 new piece,
So that's the props both sorted and I will drop them off to get made/balanced and joints renewed this week and I will crack on with the other stuff and welding in fill panels etc,
I dropped the box back out today, so tomorrow will re fit the front casing to the built up box and start working on the concentric cylinder mounting.
I also have a proper oilite bearing for the crank/input shaft
More pics to follow when more is done
Thanks
Marc

Oilite pilot bearing machined and fitted today
Here is the closest bearing I could find
This has the correct length and correct OD but need the ID machining from 15mm to 16mm
So that's done and fitted
Next up is re fit clutch with new skyline spline plates
Also spoke to JW Engineering in Kent and I'm taking props there tomorrow day to be sorted and refreshed
Thanks
Marc
