After getting my bells and brackets anodized Friday i had a couple of hours in the garage and managed to get the front and rear AP's fitted along with a bit of lock wiring
Rear flanges re fitted along with steering arms and 2 of the securing bolts lock wired together as i don't want these coming loose

Then bolted the discs to the new bells Mark machined for me and mounted the calipers on the new brackets and that was the rear brakes finally done apart from the small lines from caliper to welded fittings that need to be made up

Ignore the bolts holding the brackets on, i did not have the correct length socket cap heads so had to use them until i can sort some proper HT new ones
So that is another major part of the build completed but has skinted me out now
so i will try and find some cheaper things to keep busy for next month
And just for fun here's a few pics of the front & rear end all in bar driveshafts

I am going to see if i can get Andrew Gallacher to make me up the lengths i need in the same 'HEL' carbon look stuff he did the rest of the lines in, he has the crimp machine to do them properly. if for some reason he can't then i will use the normal -3 braided with re usable fittings that i can make up myself
![Top](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/smile011.gif)
Yeah i have not touched the wheels as i really do not know what colour to do them in yet and they are on and off and chucked around so often it would be pointless painting/powder coating them now as they would be ruined before the car left the garage lol
Cheers for all the positive comments guys

Then as the internal brake lines are in i thought i would clip them up nice and neat with the cable ties & saddles that Wellens7 sorted me out with as used by the wrc teams, so drilled the rivet holes and tied a few lines in place

Thanks guys
Change my order to cut costs a little and order a load of Teflon line hose and suitable fittings from Torques'
It's good quality and is Teflon lined so no horrible headaches from fuel vapours,
Went in the garage Thursday night and got the oil cooler and pump mounted so I could work out what fittings are needed etc

The cooler is only small and won't be in direct air flow but I may channel it through the rear bumper with a duct but as the rs500 touring cars ran there's inside the boot I don't think the duct will be needed,
Also it will be wired in to a temp switch so the pump is only on once the diff oil reached 75 degrees
