well aint been no updates for a while but they will be getting bigger and better very soon,,,, but heres the latest
fitted my new cylinders today,,,,,
ended up mounting them direct to the bulk head behing the pedal,,,
havent used the balance bar in the pedal tho as could not find a way for it to fit in such a tight space so i might have another head scratching session soon but it will stay like this for now as i can differ the stroke on each push rod by about 10mm by adjusting the thread in the alloy block,,,,
but this should till be ok with a reducer valve fitted in line of the rear cylinder :cool!:

had the bottom end double checked and fitted with new oil pump / water pump / cam belt tensioner & all gaskets seals,,,
had my sump & bottom pully modded for the cossie management
also had tommy @ field motorsport do me a base map in my p8 along with the ALS board & dizzyless ignition mod,,,,,and modded iscv for ALS
he has also done the bracket and sensor etc for the phase/cam sensor set up,,,,,,,
more soon

another quick 1,,,
had me dash flocked too,,
had the stereo slot modded to fit e alpine flip out screen but think it will house gauges now instead:cool!:

got a brand new ERL water injection kit which i will run from the turbo smart electronic boost controller which im about to get :cool!:
nice brand new shiney rs 1600i rocker cover from kev off this board,,,cheers mate,,, :cool!:
this has to be classed as fooking sex,,,,

loom was made by MWS motorsport wiring solutions,,, a bloke called jon who used to be pectels main man until he left to start his own firm,,,
but i heard he has been signed up by an F1 team now to be there electrical guru,,,so dont knw if he's still around to make them???

mws are doin me a loom! was down there last week! top bloke! same about field motorsport! tommy is doin a bit to my lump and dyno'in it! once i get me arse in gear and drop it off!

FLOCKING HELL
finally an update after a few months
this build is fooking eating my cash like joe brand eats cakes
done a few bits and bobs in the last month or so but nothing major,,,
fitted 4 bonnet pins, ordered tubular exhaust manifold, got head fully worked etc
here is the pics of the head
also had the efi bottom inlet part of a manifold ported to the same size as my new custom inlet (which still aint ready)
the head has been fully ported & polished to tommy @ field motorsports spec,,,,custom cam also to tommy spec,,,,kent vernier,, bigger inlet & exhaust valves which were the most suitable FMS could get to cope with the ALS
also had all new valve springs etc but used original rockers,,,
THE bottom end is now all built up with all new seals, water pump, oil pump, camblt tensioner etc & has been given once over as i bought it second hand,,,, will get pics over the next few days,,,,
thats all i can think of for the mo guys,,
