Wow 7 hours! It should start to get interesting again once it gets back on track. I will add some pics of the paint progress later just for you! The aircon panel is also fitted too.

My major concern is that if this had happened to anybody else but Martin, Jacko would of fobbed them off good and proper. Thanks to the power of the forum and Martins standing within it is on its way to being rectified.. 
I think this needs to stay up so Jacko can't do the same to anybody else.

i never once fobed him off just said it would take a while to pay his money back and i couldnt redo the work for a while due to other comitments

I just want paying up and an end to all this crap, when will that be exactly?
Just imagine if I had paid all I had and had no other funds to carry on, what would happen then?

That was my thoughts exactly, the amount of money this must have cost would take the majority of people a long time to save for or even maybe get a loan, if that was the case they certainly wouldn't be able to pay again to have someone else to do it so they would be screwed.

If I ever bought a Cossie I'd love all these little mods' on it. I mean, some of them aren't the most ingenuis or even new ideas, but I bet when they all come together this will be one amazing road car for a Sierra.

Because the channel is not the same shape and the cover inside doesn't sit right, I'm sure the spline doesn't poke through enough too... I did this many years ago and just copied what I did back then. Ford changed the profile for a reason....

martin ill ring you this week,
the air con bits, i have everything behind dash basicaly, with wiring and switch but the rad and condensor bottle is gone and the pipes damaged, ill remove what i have this week and let you know

and seeing as you can buy a working granda with air con for £100 and everything bar the brackets on the front rad being 2 inches lower will also fit, i'm not sure there is a huge market for the one listed
i may be wrong, but i've fiddled with them a bit in the past
