Another spec change today...

Going for an AIM dash now... I want the GPS laptiming stuff.... and also the cooool video stuff it can do....

and so might as well go for spunky ECU whilst we are at it.

Sooo.... Pectel T6 2000 going in!

which means I have a L8 for sale.

With MSD chip for standard engine on a T34. 63, Siemens blacks and coilpacks and closed loop fueling. This is a LOVELY bit of kit and the car runs sooooo beautifully on it.

Also for sale is a 'Ryan' engine loom to match....

oh and a Powerchips moniter thingy.

some more pics too...

fuel tank in for good now... and cage back on AGAIN

Porkie, why dont you just buy a 1980s turbo formula 1 car and be done with it, cause thats where all this scope creep is going to end up anyway

I think you'll be better off keeping all the old ECU stuff for A) when you move the goal posts again or B) when you sell the car you can sell the Pectel ECU separately or use it on the next car

The width of the rear wheels and fat tyres and the wider track and arches is making me smile soooo much!

It looks sooo cool underneath as well lots of new shiny bits! It's virtually all new at the back. Just diff casing and uprights remain from original car now!

Been on it big time today!!!

Ended up getting all the front end done with the carbon Splitter and canard thingys on the nose too. Starting to look very nice mate. Just need to get the front CSR wheels on too but will need to fit the spacers and new wheel studs for them.

The rear diffuser is growing on me too. Just so used to seeing the rear end of mine without it, I think thats what made it look a little odd at first but now its looking uber coolio.

Got all the rest of the goodies out the shed tonight so all the new interior carbon panels and carpets ready to go in once its all cleaned out.

You are now officially banned from using it in the wet again!!! You need to look after it this time!!!

not alot left now! it is indeed triggers brooooom!

yes Benni.... Reyland engine will appear BUT first I want to develop the car and my driving.

Martoon will remap it on the new T6 2000 and I reckon we will see 400bhp.... we have lost quite a bit of weight from car on this rebuild. It wont be slow...

If you want to use it in wet and just rinse it off get some cans of Silicone Spray and spray the shit out of all the suspension etc. Then dust/dirt just rinses off when you get home.

I use it on my quad/dirt bike when going off road.

Benni, it dont need one!!! Its got a Pollysport engine at the moment which has taken an absolute effing beating!!!!!

Its getting pretty close to the spec of mine now which is cool. Been a bit easier too as all the stuff I developed, designed and made better on mine ive managed to just do again on this one.

I think Dan is gonna do a pukka photoshoot and feature on the pair once they are done. Also cant wait to get them both out on track as they will be so equally matched and be great for a bit of a tear up!
