No front bumper is one thing, the fact that in the flesh the metalflake purple pain is proper spangly 80s pimp spec and the car is loud as fuck didnt help either 
I actually laughed when I saw the car this morning, its proper comedy cool love it.
Couple of my mates from Trojan came and had a look last night on the way back from the Gym, and neither of em are in to cars, and one summed it up with "looks like something they would be doing drive-by's in in Boyz n the Hood"

now, considering alot of you slated that bird in the muppet room for driving with no insurance.
i cant believe you giving starvos a pat on the back.

i cant believe you drove a car that far with no front bumper, insurance, indicators, road tax, and fucked tyres.
i went to court for reversing a car in that condition of my drive, and no further,

are you going to use it on the road or is it just competition use??
just to add it is elligal to drive without a bumper if theres sharp corners/bits underneath, i got pulled for that before but who cares right

Rather than go to the Drift All Stars event or Rally Day (as i was skint) I spent the day with Greg (BigWig) sorting out a few bits n bobs on the car.
Indicators were sorted by plugging in the hazard light switch which was out for some reason, but were flashing fast as the side repeaters wasnt working.
So removed them to find theres NO wires going to them!
Fuck knows where they are, but its a minor issue, they are obv somewhere!
We fitted side skirts n rear bumper better with some deft use of cable ties, so looks nicer now.
And we fitted the front bumper too, but the thing is a horrendous quality mould, twisted as fuck, so will never fit dead straight, but hey, its a drift car.
Also went to fit my big GTR intercooler and found it wont fit, so either R32 and R33 GTR coolers are different in mounting points AND where the inlet and outlet is (anyone know?) or its not a GTR one anyhow.
Its deffo bigger than a stock GTR one anyhow (its like, 3.5in thick it seems) so fuck it, it can stay.
Want to check what offset the rear wheels are too as the rear tyres are only 225 wide and fucking sit RIGHT on the edge of the arch already!? Like the sidewall pokes out, the tread just sits on the edge.
Hope they mega low offset wheels or its gonna properly suck for putting wider ones on!
Finally Greg found the electric mirror control boxin the glovebox so i plugged that back and and enjoyed pressing the button to make the mirrors fold in n out for 5 mins. Simple things please simple minds etc etc...
Took a few pics too, camera seems to be on the piss and messed the light up a bit, but still, looks cool...

What holset model is that? The HX40 super and pro52 models should be interesting. Some guys in Finland use the HX40 super's and they have good results with them.

Fil- Nah man, the chrome is part of what makes it cool. Looks tacky, and thats how it needs to be!
You will be lucky getting one now though, theve rapidly gained cult/classic status and now are selling for more than the newer shape ones, and a LOT more than I paid for this.
There 3 this shape in the UK and unlikly to be any more unless someones properly determined to get one.
Newer shape ones are also totally awesome, and less ugly too, but the way this shape one looks is part of what makes em so cool, 80s pimp-tastic.
yrkesman- yes, HX40, and luckily with one of the smaller exhaust housings too, so should spool nice

Shame to do that in reality would need a full vinyl wrap of full on airbrush job, tooo much work/money for a car thatl get smashed all time.
But THIS (Cheers Sam!) would be easy done, and with a white rollcage and white sponsor graphics, would look mental...
