Time for a little update, the engine is a little closer to being fitter, just need my pedal box painted and fitted and it can go back in
swapped the Quaife over into a 1.6 box and gave a lick of paint
Had the valance painted
Rear hatch painted
bonnet painted
Changed my mind on the cabling, it was starting to look cluttered, so moved the fuse box's and relays inside the car now , as you can see look much better
My new expansion tank, as the old one wasn't see through, so couldn't tell if there was any water in there, or if it had mixed with oil
Had the battery tray powder coated, as it was looking very minging..lol
here is my new washer bottle, and the new location for the fuse holder and relays

well big update,
Paul has made me a pedal box.... looks awesome too.
painted it the same colour as the engine bay.
this was the last peice needed so i could re-fit the engine, so 90 mins after assembling the pedal box.
woohoo engine and box back in

does it come with the cap?
Take it has the correct number or outlets? think there are two(one big and one very small) used on my car and one blancked off.

Mate looks wicked will be awesome on track in New Year..
One thing though, I put some of that grip tape on the floor of the festa.
Drove to Castle Combe few weeks back and by the time I got home it had sanded my heel through to the inner sole
What grit you running the DS300 or the DS2000

the suspension is mounted underneath at the moment, will have to raise the front to stop it bottoming out (the whole reason for mounting suspension on top)
while i decide what to do
it's pretty much there now,
exhaust was welded up last night,
MASSIVE THANKS TO PAUL (3DR-RALLY-SLAG)

i bloody hope it's dry too..lol
nice one dude, you have wet and dry tyres so you will be ok
going to finish the rear hatch tonight hopefully, then that will be done,
just awaiting my new wishbones and the front suspension can be finished off
make a bracket for my rad and think i'm almost there, and mount my new gauge
