Picked up my new car on friday and its fair to say i love it already, drives perfect and puts a big smile on my face when driving it.
Anyway heres the spec of it 2003 FORD FOCUS RS MK1 - NO 4259, 89k from new with full history, really clean just couple tiny scabs and some stonechips which i will plan on getting sorted next summer. Few nice mods on it, running at around 250bhp minimum, mods include forge motorsport adj actuator, T2 actuator spring, Bailey dump valve, full scorpion s/s system with milltek decat, K&n induction which has been relocated for better air flow, Custom Rs front mount intercooler, grooved and vented front discs and wheels refurbed and coated in anthracite. Boost also been turned up to 13psi. Planning on getting it re-mapped and rolling roaded sometime next year to make sure its all running fine.

power steering fluid is above the max line
is it a baileys atmospheric dump valve,bin it for a re circ.
running a decat without a map is not recommended,get a map on it and get the boost upto 22psi,sorted

 

not to sure what sort it is mate as no receipt for it, im sure its a bailey dump valve but cant remember but will take a look and stick a pic up re map will hopefully be getting done next year but boost wont be going up any higher as its going to be my daily as of february

i thought it was ment to be red coolant, and i would have thought the filter would have got colder and more air behind the bumper rather than stuck in beside a hot engine?

Id say its got the wrong coolent in it! Needs to be pink stuff, really need an recuculating dumpvalve instead of atmospheric style. Cant believe its running no remap though, its really something id sort out asap. Nice car though, looks really clean with some great mods.

Got in contact with last owner who traded it in and found out the car has been live mapped, running 20 psi at peak and holding 18psi and also had a engine rebuild including brand new bottom end and he also sent me the receipt for it Had her rolling roaded, fueling is perfect, running 261bhp at the wheels and 302ibft!

Nah I'm not a fan of huge noise from exhausts but yours has a decent note, nice wee rip out the back when you give it some toe.

Yeah its quite loud when up in high revs but aint as bad as some cars ive seen! Plenty popping and banging when hitting limiter
