To any mods who can help, i recently bought some fans of rhinopower (ryan) and have fitted them and they dont work!!! i have pm'd him and emailed him and he wont give me a refund can you please help????

I suggest you put a post in the main message room for his attention or get his address and visit him
he was last on line the 16th

 

You can ban him from selling stuff for starters as he is a rip off merchant and to make sure he doesnt do it to anyone else, you need to put things in place to stop this sort of thing happening as its happening quite alot on here, and how am i going to visit him he is in hertfordshire i am in devon!!!!

 

Can one of the mods at least pm him to try and get him to pay up please????

I've not been online the last few days so haven't replied further to milsey until this evening. I've refunded him Ł25 as he was not prepared to return the fans to me without my paying for it. The fans themselves had worked perfectly when purchased second hand a couple of years ago, i simply put them up for sale when breaking my car, they had never been used since testing when i got them so assumed they still worked. I do find it a bit dubious that neither work now but at the end of the day i don't want the hassle.

I would of refunded milsey straight away for the full amount had he not thrown his toys out the pram and made a fuss about it on the for sale thread rather than coming to me first with the problem. I would appreciate it if you could clear up the for sale post and remove the unnecessary posts concerning milseys problems with me and the fans as it is not a true reflection of the situation, and i don't want a public argument for everyone to read, i don't hang my dirty laundry in public!

why would i lie about them not working???? considering i have just bought 2 brand new slimline fans off ebay which i wish i had done in the first place instead of buying stuff off you and getting aggro for it and now you are trying to make me out to be the bad guy, not happening i have a clear conscience have you???

 

I didn't ignore you, i'm just not attached to a computer 24/7. I don't understand why they no longer work, its been and done now, you have had your refund, thats nothing else to say.

 

Dont lie and make me out to be the bad guy then, i have done nothing wrong and i dont know why they dont work either hence why i have just forked out Ł60 plus Ł8 postage for new fans, end of
