Default Working on cars is shit!

Forgot just how much i hate it

All i needed to do was turn the fueling down on the 306. One allen key i got to put in and i drop into the abys to be just out of reach by hand. Thought ok it the one size to big anyway, next allen key go to put it in the engine it then slips! and goes where its nearly impossible to get without taking bit of engine off. Arghhh i nothing ever simple.

I hate working on cars too, even tho I always do as its a whole lot cheaper.

Its not soo bad when u got someone else there helping, but not many of my mates are really into cars so thats quite rare.

We halfway thru changing the big end bearings on the SX, and its one nightmare after another, lol

Yeah Steve lot better if got mates around etc. And i only ever do it as it cheap instead of paying some monkey!!

Gaz how many nocks and grannys are on the Derv engine

MrS1, the pug is going! Though TBH its been the most reliable car i have ever had over the last 2 years

Brannen been messing with the 306, cossie is still tucked up. As for bigger turbo gotta see what plans out in next month or two.

I knew that was coming.

I only enjoy it if I am interested, and I can safely say I am not interested in your big end shells!

Elaborating on my comment,

I have to be in the right frame of mind otherwise I don't enjoy it. Some jobs are enjoyable but others are just shit and put you in a bad frame of mind from the offset. Other times when you keep dropping things or things don't go smoothly like bolts snapping then that can piss you off.

If I didn't have a car to play with, I'd get bored to be honest. I'd at least have to find something else to do.
