Mr.Manchester, respect mate, i gave up 7 days ago now and tbh it wasnt hard at all, but you seem to be doing very well, keep iit up and most important thing to remember is DON'T pick one up even if you get the urge or craving, its tempting but its sooooo much more satisfying 10 minutes later when you think "ive just helped myself give up by not smoking then, and if i had picked one up this torture would of been pointless" it gets easier, and you feel 100times better trust me

thing with me is i actually enjoying smoking, but after giving up a couple of times for a few months here and there and then back on the fags i've decided enough is enough and am going to try to stop for good this time. been 3 days without so far.

bought the Alan Carr book.. Funny thing is, I was all ready for giving up whilst reading it on the train home.. and it says dont give up until after finishing reading it Whats that all about.. so I quite happily helped my self to one as I got off of the train
p.s. Banchester you fanny.. Get the book.. Seriously tho.. why use will power when its easy.. at least it reckons so.. we'll see

Its been 4 days for me now and it hasnt been too hard . Feel like shit though and coughing up loads of flem. Constantly blowing my nose aswell but think this is just my body getting used to it. (fucking hope it is ) Havent had no real bad cravings though . Keep up the good work peeps cos i am gonna
