there used to be a penetrating fluid called flick oil.
dont know if they make it any more, see if there is some at work 2mora mate. apparently its the nuts!

ive go it wrapped round the pully, the alt, the thermostat, the water pump the cam belt tensioner and also had nikki holding the rope, ITs TO FUCKING TIGHT
now for ways to slide of the cam belt as also good pain killers as the missus is really white right now and not saying anything

gona make a wedge thing to bolt to the fly wheel, heat the bolt for 10 mins and then use the breaker bar, after that its going on ebay

the rope is flexing, not pulling though, as for the impact sockets there too long, needed a short one stop stop it slipping tbh

I rented a 100V powered de-walt impact wrench from HSS to do nat's and it worked a treat (cost £30 though ).
Halfords also do a loctite freeze and penetrate (ohh err missus) can. Might be worth a try, just make sure you let the bolt thaw out before hitting it, or you might bits of bolt/pulley on the floor...
