Ginge, listen to Nick and do the right thing, they are brilliant for this sort of thing, better than impact wrenches I'd say as they have much more torque (not so good for tightening).
I rented a 100V powered de-walt impact wrench from HSS to do nat's and it worked a treat (cost £30 though
).
Halfords also do a loctite freeze and penetrate (ohh err missus) can. Might be worth a try, just make sure you let the bolt thaw out before hitting it, or you might bits of bolt/pulley on the floor...
