I know i've made a few comments on here but not sure if i've actually posted my car or not before...so here goes..
Below pictured is the car the day it went into the body shop looking very sorry for itself, made had crashed it on the motorway so the bonnet was knackered (although dont look too bad), had to have new slam panel put in too. THEN whilst i was out in the winter, slid across the road so decided to take the wheels off just for winter, and left steelies on.
In around about FEB the car got broken into when the scum of the world tried to get the sound system

Did they really think iwas going to leave it on show WITHOUT security features? (alarm & everything bolted to the chassis), but whilst they broke into the car they fooked the roof & door so these had to be replaced when it was in the bodyshop.
So when i did decide to get the car sorted out, i was just going to get the boot smoothed & have a bad boy bonnet and get it re-sprayed in JAVA BLUE (its oem colour) but at the last minute .... as i bought the paint i decided to have panther black on the bonnet, roof & tailgate.... duno what made me change my mind??/
but i've realised now that it was to be 'different' in the very sheep like country
I got the work done on the cheap... £500 for the following
Javablue & panther black respray
smoothed boot
bad boy bonnet
new rear door & roof sorted out
new front bumper as mine was cracked from the impact of crash
new headlights as when they tried the bonnet they cracked them
and here's a pic fresh out of the bodyshop, with new tyres on the alloys & all machine polished

i actually got the car back 2 days before FITP which was abit of a relief!
BUT 1 problem.... the smoothed boot had 2 lines on which had swollen up AFTER coming out of the bodyshop lol woops
anyway.....here it is (sorry for long post...i'm abit drunk)

Certainly not my cuppa tea (especially the mountains of speakers on the rear shelf) but I can't criticise too much, as I used to be a Mk6 owner (first car), and spent plenty on that.
