There is a pug 205 chaved up machine parked outside my mates house in rochdale with no tax, and the owner (neighbour) is banned for life from driving and drives the car absolutely off his head!

Is there someone you can call / e-mail regarding the vechile not being taxed and have it removed? (DVLA?)

Knowing the guy the car is probably not even registered to him though?

Whats your thoughts?

Imagine how you would feel if later tonight he killed a mother and baby or something like that cos he mounted the pavement while driving "off his head".

Just do it and let the council / law deal with it.
