Default Anyone bolted 2 engine together?

As above, as in weld the crank of one to the other and put it thru the same transmission?

bolt the rear engine to the front via a torque converter
that way you have to seperate engines that, if they produce the same power, will be spot on

Yeah scrap heap challenge. This is to go in a capri, in the passenger seat, only have to trun one way so i want the weight there, 2 v8's

Here you go, just to clear things up

"The 6.0 L V12 used in Aston Martin cars is sometimes erroneously referred to as "essentially two 3.0 L V6 units bolted together". In reality, the engine is custom-built for Aston Martin by Cosworth Technology (both Aston Martin and Cosworth are owned by Ford) and while it uses some standard Duratec components, it is Cosworth's own design. Aston Martin use this engine in the DB7 Vantage, the V12 Vanquish and the DB9."
