Default Car keyed, What alarm to get???

Well my 206 got keyed last night, "TWAT" keyed into the bonnet as large as they possibly could have

I have no idea why, i've not pissed n e body off at all, and cant think of anybody what would have done it

Worst bit is im ment to be p/x ing it 2moro morning for my new cupra

So i duno what the garage are guna say about it, i suppose at the worst they'll just knock off the cost of a re spray for the bonnet from the p/x value, which at worse case is guna be what, £120??? which is guna piss me off, but its not the end of the world i guess

So im thinking my 1st purchase for the cupra should be a DECENT alarm with proximity (sp ) sensors

Which ones are the ones to go for, and what am i guna be looking to pay

I want one thats guna be reliable, and not randomly set itself off, but then at the same time i want it to work when i need it to

I get 20% of GAP alarms, so thats quite appealing if i can take advantage from it

Avital, clifford, toad are good alarms if fitted PROPERLY by a nice expert!

all basic starting are around 200-250 depending on where you go.

Sadly any alarm isn't going to stop that from happening again

Good luck in the garage and with the new car

I had a clifford super dooper wooper on me old crx, with remote engine start, proximity sensors etc etc etc. It was already fitted to the car when i got it with a receipt for £600 which was what i paid for the car . The proximity sensors are the bollox when parked on the drive cause you here it BEFORE the scumbags get chance to do anything, that said its pretty much useless anywhere else
