Default Not a bad showing at the Tuner GP from the Lotus boys!!

Have a look at the final lap times:

http://www.theresults.co.uk/Milltek_...ck_Results.pdf

5 Lotus's in the top 11, not bad at all if you ask me. Plus when you think even the Lotus Elise that came 11th posted a time of 1:20. Which is what Steve Scott got in qualifying to put his car on pole for the Ford Saloon race at Donno!!!!

They weren't standard cars though. The Exige that came 2nd has a Supercharged Honda VTEC in the back of it giving out 310BHP. But fair play to it only missing out on the top spot by 0.04 of a second, and to a bloody Westfield XTR2 all out track car. Christian drives that Exige every day to and from work and everything!!!!!

Can't wait till i've got my new engine in!!!!!!!

Cool!

Team EVO's M3GT is Jethro Bovingdon's car I assume? That's some good times from that car!

Rather poor. Probably 10 seconds off the pace... I'm running 1.22 in my standard CSL with little or no talent

I assume they had problems (for a change ).

The RC Development cars a REALLY slow on track becuase the turbo is just too big and the lag is horrendous. Great drag car, shit track car.

Agree about the poor, must of had a problem....

don't agree with your lack of talent. Both you and the car looked awesome at National day. 1.22 is a VERY fast time for a CSL with sub 350bhp. Even with a bling Carbon roof they are fairly lardy cars!

Aiii, I was there but not on track.
Don't even remember seeing a CSL on track (was there between 8.30 and 15.00)

EDIT: Sorry, missed the ND bit - that was Rosco.

That was Rosco. His car would be quicker than mine as he's running KW3 suspension (and big slicks).

My 1.22 times are standard car (except for AP front brakes for consistency) on Pilot Sport Cups. It should be a bit quicker with better driver. CSL is 363hp @ around 1400kgs. 1500kgs when I get in

Consistency??? needed for stopping after one hot lap in my experience drove one at Bedford, was SHOCKED at the brakes! how BMW can put those brakes on a car that supposed to be track optimised and performance focused is beyond me!

I still think 1.22 is great, well done

Yes I agree (as does everyone) - the standard brakes are true horrors. Putting a 355mm/6 pot AP on the front sorts it nicely.

Thanks
