See what you can get.
i asked around and suspension kits weren’t available, other than coilovers.
so I just bought a spring kit in the end from SPAX

Asuming you want normal suspension and not coil overs, if you can get adjustable Konis or Bilstein that is the best bet. But they are impossible to find nowadays. I found though a company here in Spain that will rebuild any shock absorber,so if your car happens to have good quality ones that could use a rebuild I can link you to them. Springs, unless you want to lower the car and go much stiffer, or unless the original ones are really destroyed, I would keep them. New, proper quality shocks will make everything much stiffer in the correct way, don't save money on dampers thinking spring will solve the handling as it is quite the opposite - if you only change one component, it should be shocks!!
