I'm really looking for something nice and quick yet still reliable! Comfy but not too lairy! Oh, it must have a good build quality!
I was personally thinking of one of these, ticks all the boxes IMO

Me too, if you want a mint silver EVO with full black leather, my mates selling his right now, P-reg, under 10k, I love it, think he mad for getting rid, but he wants an Lancer Evo

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
I was thinking about one of these next, but Ive heard insurance is a killer (I know everyone says that, but it's supposed to be double what I pay for my S3). Still think they are very though
Evo mag have just bought one to mod for the ring, says it all

and shonky and old.... I had Seans for a while and it was fun, but not anywhere near as good as my E36 was. Great car. Not huge fun, involving or a great sports car BUT reliable, comfy, classy, very fast and well built. Alot of car for the money now.

Cheers people, looks like i've got the right idea then! lol
Steve, Cheers for the offer dude but it's got to be Estoril Blue!
Westy, i'm cool mate! Aint been on in the day alot as i've changed offices and now have to work for a living!
James & Benn, Had a jap car, (200sx S13) I know its not a patch on a supra but there very basic and unforgiving IMO, mates got a 3ltr N/A supra and I can't stand it!
BTW, what can the E36 M3's be tuned to keeping them N/A, baring in mind it's still got to be reliable etc!

Go for a Non-Evo. Stronger engines and tend to be closer to the spec. Average car will be 280-290 from a spec of 286. Evos are normally 20 bhp down from the 321 they should be.
If you can find a Ltd edition GT for less than Ł10K snap it up. But you'll be hard pressed (regardles of how Evo Magazine got one for around Ł7 from a bunch of highway robbers in Sussex! )
Doesn't exactly make for a practical everyday car bearing in mind its LHD
Dont even get me started on car park barriers Other than that its ok once you get used to it

Dont know why tbh.
But thats the feedback from rolling road sessions. Think it might be a bit of creative marketting by BMW (i.e. they never had 321). Plus these engines have the double vanos which seems to be more fragile than the single version.
Found This GT on Autotrader (not seen car etc)
And its had the warranty extended, which is a real bonus worth having if you can find a car with it
Also look at
www.e36coupe.com
or
www.bm3w.co.uk

GT's are pretty trick. Only made them in 95 and 350 cars. Alu doors hood and bonnet with 300bhp. Green one are all left hookers I think(might be wrong). Red ones were Right hand drive for UK market

Does seem sweet, loving the aluminium bodywork and carbon fibre dash, and adjustable front and rear spoilers!
Not sure about the left hand drive tho
PHil, a jag might be classier and faster than an M3 Evo but i'm only 21 and don't want to have to don a pipe and slippers just yet!

Dan.
The one on Trader is RHD. i would guess 85% of the 50 RHD are still around. So you needn't worry about LHD.
In fact LHD just feels "right" and I would consider my next car being a left hooker. but I am biased slightly

Scooby!
German have far best build quality, better than the fookin japs!
Try looking at it without the blinkers mate, you'll see a nice car if you can manage it!
Where would a scooby or other tuned turbo car be in hot weather or traffic, thats right overheating! Whereas the M3 will sit lovely all day long
