Default I just bought an ST24 RSVp and got rid of the laguna woohooo
picking it up on Sat, 2 owners 56k full history well happy, and drives really fookin nice gonna have to get the boys at SCC to do that swap of the water pumps thing but other than that its spot on

i just bought a tidy 24v ghia as a hack, what is the waterpump thing then???
its mad , i was driving along at 90+ last night and you could of heard a pin drop in the car it was that smooth

foooooooookin ugly car though really needs the st kit

yours looks nice mate

all mk1/2 V6 mondeos have water pumps with plastic impellors, with age they crack and, pulley will still turn but the impellor will just spin on the shaft,causing the headgaskets to blow, metal water pumps are available from partco (thats where I got mine) for £52 and are very very easy to fit,

i like the alloys also but not sure whether to put the 17"s on that are in my garage tho

I sold a complete set of those alloys 10 mins ago, the bloke has just left sold them for 140 quid aswell, tried selling them for more but know one wanted to know

cheers matey, learnt something new today

i have to do a head gasket on mine as that was the reason i paid peanuts for it, however i will now get a w/pump as this might be the reason why

goto to the Mondeo owners club and i think the impellors are there for £42!
