Lee I have already got Dynamic DNS Host set.
And my router supports it also.
However the IP address that the dynamic DNS uses should it be for my PC, My router or the Temp IP my ISP Provides me.
Then from my Laptop when Im on the road should the incoming mail server be my mailservers IP?

Temp IP your ISP provides you mate - its your external IP address - everything else is internal/local.!!!
The whole point of having Dynamic DNS is to use your own PC for server functions - i.e email etc
So if that what you're doing your incoming mail server should be your main computers IP address or DNS address that you've registered (hence dynamic dns)!!
