strange thing happened while driving today! my car will drive fine but on the boost gauge wont go over 0psi?? so it basically running any boost! checked all the hoses and there all ok? ....ant ideas what it could b??

 

you checked to see if the actuator rod is still connected to the wastegate arm

 

You say it drives ok, but is the boost coming in? Did you check for play in the turbo and are there any other symptoms; smoke etc?

no smoke. it just isnt boosting basically

have you noticed the exhaust note is different at all?

 

yeah its still on from what i can see... it sounds a little diffrent when i turn her off?

 

i just had a bit of a fiddle and the acuator arms bloody snapped right @ the back that why i couldnt see it! ...looks like new one for me tomorrow
