Lucky coont
Been 3 times, loved it (was a few years back now when I was younger) but plan to go again within a year or two.
Universal? Mate, u need to do THE LOT! Universal, Epcot, Bush Gardens, Magic Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon (Water Parks) to name a few! We always found it hard to cram everythign in to two weeks and we used to go out almost every day to a different park and spend the whole day and sometimes evening there!
Because of the length of queues and stuff and attractions its amazing how time flys! Ideally if your doing all the parks you need 3 weeks we found
Can't wait to go back, i'm a fair bit older now, but reckon i'll enjoy it all the same, would be good to go out more in the evenings and check out the nightlife I reckon
OH, and by the way, you sorta chose the wrong time of year to go also! hurricane season

As above do all the parks - stay for Epcot's fireworks
Don't forget kennedy space centre - about 1hr drive, or coach.
We did Discovery Cove for the first time this year - it's well expensive, but worth every penny IMO. We did the afternoon/evening one (3-9pm)
www.discoverycove.com and find the twighlight bit
Evenings, citywalk at universal is soo much fun, as is pleasure island at disney.
Love the place
