Boost problem last night!
Morning all on this not so fine bank holiday !
Recently in my s2, ive checked to see if the ecu was chipped by turning the boost up to see if it cut out, and it didnt ..right up to 14psi. I had it RR at 10psi, and the -31 set up to 10psi to 160bhp. Recently ive turned it up myself. I wanted to check to see if it went up higher so i turned it to 15-16psi... and the engine cut... last night!!
I turned the boost right back down to 10psi again and it aint done it since. Does this mean its only got like a 195chip init, or does it mean its not chipped and i need to start saving or am i just going to have it set up at 14psi which it can be and hope not to go over the specified bhp the chip is capable of?
Advice would be superb thanks guys!!
