Dump valve is easy enough, just need to block off the internal one (WHY THOUGH!)

For intercoolers, there are kits available but they are mega money, just buy any old intercooler off ebay (cossie 4wd one?) and use that with some smaco hoses.

Give Chris a ring at REGAL autosport @ southhamton.
They do all the EDS tuning goodies ( chips, front mounted coolers, power pipes, DV's, basically everything! )
I used to own a 175 bhp valver nova and a 300BHP Mk4 Astra Turbo ( Calibra Turbo engine ) and Chris sorted almost everything for me!
Top guy

Ok im not sure WHY he wants one he just said he wants to put one on it ?????????
How and where is the internal one and how do you block it off
Im guessing the dump valve T piece goes in the hose coming from the intercooler to the throtal body (sp) But where does the pipe T into that comes off the top of the DV

As for the inter cooler He's not kine on cutting the pannels ect
So would the 4x4 cossie IC be ok then
Ps whot the web addy you go on migweb or some thing ???

DIY tinkering is never a great idea. It'll only end in tears, expensive ones at that

He'll need different software before you start adjusting it or it will just boost cut on you.

There should be a vacuum pipe already in the throttle body that you can T into that will operate the dump valve

Its a KKK turbo

TBH i dont know a massive about about the Z20LET series of engine, its a bit modern for me, im more a C20LET guy, so posting on migweb is a good idea as i dont know the exact details of what chips are best etc.

cossie 4wd cooler is fine in terms of cooling performance, but you will need to make sure you can fit it somewhere physically, which i havent ever tried on that car obviously as ive not had one.

If you want some serious advice, what i would recomend he does, is save up a bit, then get a dirty great custom made cooler as big as he can fit, then go to MAD for autronic on it.

Thats the proper way forward, he'd be looking at 300bhp ish from the standard engine if he did that (and slap a set of greens in it)
