its also one of the oldest grand prix circuits

according to this site its no longer operational

All sessions are run on the Aintree Club Circuit which forms part of the track used for five British Grand Prix in the late 1950's and early 1960's.

Rick its a good track mate, not that long but can get a good top speed on the back straight.

After last nights performance of sideways & donuts, i think YES

 

Fast smooth tar with some smooth corners and a fast long straight if your up to it. Watched someone clock 152 through the speed trap in a cossie engined Darrian a couple of years ago.

Its still active for sprints, track days and the occasional multi use stage rally. Martin (MEF) was winning the event in his RWD Rover 25 last time one was run
