Default Just got back from SCS and my car is soooooo much better!!

Set off at 6am 2 go 2 Harvey's to get my car set up and to drop Scott's car off (ESCYSCOTT on here for those of u that don't know) for his air injector thingies to get put on, pmsl but I'm not shit hot on the technical side of things and 12 hours later I've returned with my car and she's runnin so much better.

She's a heck of a lot faster than she used to be and a lot smoother too

I'm well chuffed

It's had a level 3 pectel baby board with a bayjoo chip fitted, an amal valve fitted for the boost control (used to have a bleed valve ) with 2 stage Hi/Low boost, some new ford motorsport leads, new air flow sensor and a full setup.............. does that sound like I know what I'm talking about?? Scott helped me out with the technical side, what can I say I'm a woman.....

One very happy lady, well make that 2 including the car......

Everyone's entitled to their opinion and I'm really really happy so that's all that counts in my book, lots of people take their cars to different places and they are happy with the work that's done on their cars so people shouldn't be put off talkin about it just because other people don't agree

This is my first cossie so it's all new to me and I've only ever driven it the way it was and let me tell u it's 200% better than it was when I got it, I'm also happy that Harvey's checked it over for me so that I know it's as safe as it can be (I know that cossies have a habbit of being a bit unpredictable) it's only running 1.5 bar (thats enough for me!!!)and Harvey was happy with it so I'm happy

I get that impression Westy, he was really good with Scotts car and nothing ever seems too much trouble, we even got dropped off in town while he worked on the car

good customer service there.. When he rebuilt my engine, he even came down and trailered my car to peterborough from Luton I didnt have facilities to take engine out etc.. alright, not a massive difference, but the price never chnged to include collection of car

That lift to town helps tho.. better than standing around, and if ya like me, I just get in the way

I try to keep out of the way as much as possible especially when cars are involved

The only problem with goin into town is that I tend to spend even more money in the shops while trying to kill time, it ends up costing a fortune, then there's the other problem that peterborough isn't that big so after a few circuits of the shops having gone in both directions sometimes it's like waiting for paint dry when ur waiting for the phone to ring to say that the car's ready...

Yep, it's been a long day for me, just got back from Harveys and I had to go straight in me shop to work and just finished

saph feels much better and smoother.

Pick mine back up in 2 weeks when the works done, cannot wait to see what she goes like when she's finally finished; hope she goes as well as she stops
