Default Ford Diagnostics

Anyone know what a dealer charges to put the car on diagnostics?

My car isn't running too healty after i've replaced the headgasket.

car is running standard engine wise.

escos big turbo. uprated it for future power upgrades. nowt was wrong with the car

now that is good stu, but i can't get to blackpool with it. Wish i never took the thing apart now

you et the cam timing and distributor timing all set properly when you put the cambelt back on?

how have you lined up the TDC marker on the crank pully?

Good line of questioning here Paul

Also check you havent mixed up the knock and phase plugs, or TDC and knock plugs. Ive seen it done once or twice.

Blue CTS plug at rear passenger side oh head?
Finally, did you break stub off map sensor when you lifted head? check it.

caught me out once,, when i got called on a friends car after he had replaced the head gasket but got there in the end

Everything was put back together correctly. I had a loose wire in the Multiplug by the coil. Hardly noticeable but luckily fell out when i checked the wiring. Clipped back in and running sweet

Thanks for the advice guys This forum is the best!
