Anyone seen/bought/used an "ecu remapping cd" from eBay? Claims to do about 500% more than my works £3000 snap on diagnostic machine for only £15!!

Search ecu remapping software, check them out and throw me your opinions please!

I agree with you. Reckon I'll be sticking to my Autel MOT Pro handheld unit, with true UK phone support!

As for the remapping side on eBay, I am unsure how the scams work, (once a buyer recieves it and it fails to do what it says!), but I can't see it remapping anything tbh.

There are many options available on ebay for car engine diagnostic and ecu remapping software but you haven't mentioned car model. No problem, I found "Car Engine Diagnostic & ECU Remapping Software for all Car's 2013" and "Total OBD and ECU Auto Diagnostics 2013" that comes with CD's are the best for machine diagnostics for all cars and within budget also.

why would I want to say spend £3000 odd on my engine then fuck it up with a £15 map?

Though stu charges a little bit more than £15 he is worth it! not only for peace of mind but he did a damn good job on by car!
