in France, we got DSL2+ everywhere, which is 18 Meg min or 25 Meg max (depending on end user phone line quality), for 30 Euros a month (around £20)...

yer it was £50 a month, but I didnt really need 500K+/s transfer speeds.
I mean 7 seconds for an 4meg mp3 (my record).
Now I gotta wait 28 seconds
