T38 ??? why ??? why dont you got for a gt30 intenal wastegate version its low lag will make 450 easy and belive it or not these spool quicker than your T34 trust me
they make a litle bit of positive boost even at 1200rpm it make the engine feel like its not low comp if you have a low comp engine

I put a TT T38 on my silver escos, I wanted 400bhp without wringing the neck of a T34, that was before I worked at TT do wasn't biased, I liked the TT one as rather than just putting a bigger comp wheel in the housing it had its own comp housing to suit the wheel.
One thing I did learn at TT is that Geoff dosnt design something for a quick buck, he will research it and make sure it works.
