Ebay question...
If someone has advertised something on ebay for a certain price (which is cheap due to error perhaps) and you buy it and pay by paypal, do they have to stand by it and honour the sale??

Thats a classified listing mate it can't be 'bought'. You have to ring whoevers advertsing and arrange it all. Shame really would have been good if someone got that and they still went through with the sale!

Typical Evans Halshaw.
They do this - you enquire about the car and it's a part ex or hasn't met X Y or Z standard and they're 'sending it to auction' but they might have another or can search the database for something else.
