i sent them a charge cooler that i had cut the end tanks off, and a 4x4 plenum that i had cut the elbow and flange off.
i wanted new end tanks, just straight ones, nothing fancy, on the chargecooler
and the plenum elbow i just wanted turning around so it faced the rear of the engine, but with a new smooth pipe with no restrictions.

i sent it to them on the 10th feb and was quoted 1 week for the work to be done.

i kept ringing asking what was happening week after week and kept getting fobbed off with excuse after excuse
i sent various emails, often with no reply, no call backs.....

21weeks later i had enough so called and said just send my stuff back
it took 2 weeks just to put it in the post

i finally got my bits back today!
well and truely pissed off. fuckin jokers!

i went to ah as they made the cooler.

i will get it done locally as i know somewhere that can do it, i just thought id go to a motorsport place as theyd have a better idea of what i want, that was a mistake lol.

the worst part about it is as i sent them the plenum and throttle body, i couldnt (and still cant even start the car!!!!!!!!!!

From what I have seen their work is very good, but wow what a pisstake on the customer service front, should think they are going to feel pretty ashamed when they see this thread!

The cooler is theirs thats the main reason i went to them for the work.
And i hope they do see this and feel ashamed.
I didnt even get an apology!
