Starting new diet monday

i just lost 2 stone+ in 6 weeks by cutting out the crap like the chippy on a dinner time and eating fruit instead.
Then healthy tea and nowt after 6.30pm.
Could murder a pie
Mind you i only do this monday to friday and be sensible at the weekend,still get a pizza and so on with a gallon ao a sunday

As righthooker said, don't eat late on, snack on fruit and cut the beer out completely during the week. Try and get 30 mins excercise a day or a couple of hours in a week and the weight will drop off.

Honey's not as calorific as sugar but there's not a right lot of difference in it.
It's just honey's better for you. Something to do with sugar being refined and all the goodness being removed, whereas honey is natural and easier for your body to digest. Thus you don't store as much fat from it.
Drinking water's good for you, especially lemon juice when you first get up, de-toxifies and stimulates the bowels.
