Has anybody used these turbos are they any good as they seem quite good value?

good but hard to get rebuilt they won't sell you the ceramic bearing to rebuild them
you have to send it back to them ,

Turbonetics have been around for years. Doubt you'll have any issues.
Precision also make a huge range and are nice units and well priced.

Whats your engine spec and what one did you buy as there are loads on there and not too sure on all the different specs?

Same here...I have a Turbonetics T61 turbo that was only used on the dyno and covered 0 miles on the road....
Awesome turbo which has flowed 550+hp on Zetecs!
Very nice surge lines on them to!

Be carefull of replica shit, i got stung and had to buy another propper one, DOH
racegate wastegate, i actually cracked this wide open, and it was 100% genuine

I've had a T66 on my 3 Door for a few years now, quite laggy but pulls well when on boost.
But it's making way for a GTX3076R which I bought a couple of weeks ago.
