Default What power

Hi all,

I currently have a Turbonectics T3/4E stage 2 F154 trim, on a .63 the car made BHP387@24psi.
Its a bit laggy for me so I am having a .48 turbine housing machined out to fit 54 turbine.
Does anyone have any exprience with this set-up, along with what top end flow would be in terms of BHP along with spool-up rpm etc?
The engine is pretty much stardard apart from-

1/grey injectors
2/3 inch exhaust
3/double valve springs
4/all nes to run over 400bhp

Any info on how the car will drive is much appriciated.

Cheers, T.

i'd look at a .55 housing, a .48 may be too restrictive.

Thanks for reply, I looked at the 55 housing but surely if I run 28psi I will be able to acheive 350bhp?
I ran 387bhp on a .63 @24psi, rpm 6509 and 323lbft @6066, dropped off to 360bhp @7800rpm.

Cheers , Tim

Sorry to keep bringing it up , what does anyone think about previous posts? As Msd(stu says) it's not about boost but about how she breathes. What can the above spec on a AR.48 turbine housing breathe? Cheers, T
